What payment methods do you take?
We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal for payment. All payments are processed through PayPal. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. We cannot accept checks or other payment methods for online orders. All orders placed online will be charged in US Dollars.
How do I know if my order went through?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. If you do not receive this email, check your junk or spam folder first before contacting us.
Do you ship to countries outside the US?
No, at this time we are only able to ship merchandise within the United States.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs will depend on the type, weight, and quantity of the items purchased. We utilize USPS as our shipping provider. Exact shipping totals will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.
When will my orders be shipped?
In stock orders are shipped Monday through Friday and on most days, if placed before noon Mountain Time, in the same business day. You will get a tracking email when this happens.
When will my order be delivered?
You will receive an email once your order ships with a tracking link. Shipping within the US takes approximately 2-4 days with USPS Priority Mail and possibly up to 5-7 days for USPS First Class and Standard Rate mail. If you opted to pick up your order in person, someone will be in touch with you about where and how you can pick up your purchase.
What's your refund and return policy?
If you believe your order was shipped in error, contact us with the order number in the subject line and an explanation of the incorrect item you received. Items such as #BznBeerWeek Passport are non-refundable and non-returnable. Apparel and other branded merchandise are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. We will also notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, dependent on your card issuer's policies.
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Will the products I ordered ship together?
For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all products in a single package. However, sometimes items may ship separate from other merchandise due to size or availability, for example. If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will contact you to determine how to proceed.
During the checkout process, you are required to enter certain pieces of personal information such as your email address, name, and shipping address. We collect this information so we can process your order. Your information may also be added to our newsletter mailing list to notify you of updates regarding Bozeman Craft Beer Week and related events. We will not share your information with third parties.
