We recommend pairing with the Wee Heavy Scotch Ale. The malty caramel notes and roasted flavor are a perfect match to the sharpness of Gorgonzola and sweetness of the onions.
House-Made Kielbasa Sausage with a grilled Yukon Potato Coin and Spicy Curry Ketchup. We recommend our Nunatak Vienna Style Lager. It’s light and crisp finish balances the spices in the sausage and curry.
Chipotle Deviled Eggs with Candied Bacon
Chipotle Egg Puree topped with Candied Bacon, Curled Green Onion and a dash of Paprika. We recommend our Cirque Helles Lagerbier to tame the heat.
Burnt End Mojo Taco
Crispy Burnt Ends, Shredded Lettuce, Cilantro, Onion-Citrus Mojo, Sriracha Sour Cream and Lime. Try with our Imperial Red – its malty-hoppiness contrasts the sweet, spicy and citrus flavors of the taco making each more pronounced.
Verde Chile Mac
Elbow Macaroni Noodles tossed in a Verde Chile Sauce with melted Pepper Jack and Cheddar Cheese, dusted with Texas Spiced Flour Tortilla Crisp. We recommend our Collaboration Beer - Lemongrass White IPA with citrus lemongrass and hops cutting the richness of the creamy cheese and chili verde.
